Adem\u00e1s de esto, luego de tantas pruebas psicol\u00f3gicas que ha requerido el proceso, ha llegado a preguntarle <strong>&#8220;mam\u00e1, \u00bfpor qu\u00e9 no me creen?&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>&#8220;Estamos buscando que se vincule a proceso&#8221;,<\/strong> explic\u00f3 la abogada Rub\u00ed Falc\u00f3n, quien lament\u00f3 el entorpecimiento para llegar a la audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n, desde hace un a\u00f1o, por parte del (presunto) agresor y su abogado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"769\" src=\"https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-4-1024x769.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-529\" srcset=\"https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-4-1024x769.png 1024w, https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-4-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-4-768x577.png 768w, https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-4-80x60.png 80w, https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-4-600x450.png 600w, https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-4.png 1216w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A la \u00faltima audiencia pospuesta, que debi\u00f3 llevarse a cabo este 15 de noviembre, lleg\u00f3 J.C.M.C., el acusado, sin embargo, \u00fanicamente fue a entregar un justificante de su abogado, quien se habr\u00eda hecho una rinoplast\u00eda y no podr\u00eda asistir. Por esta raz\u00f3n, <strong>la audiencia fue reagendada para el 9 de diciembre.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>&#8220;\u00c9l sabe que en la audiencia de vinculaci\u00f3n, con las pruebas que tenemos y conforme al C\u00f3digo Nacional, con la prueba m\u00e1s m\u00ednima que se tenga se vincula a proceso y \u00e9l va a prisi\u00f3n preventiva. Es por eso que llevan casi un a\u00f1o cancelando las audiencias&#8221;.<\/p>\n<cite>Abogada del caso, Rub\u00ed Falc\u00f3n<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Su exigencia es clara: que vinculen a proceso al acusado. Destacan la importancia de esta vinculaci\u00f3n, s\u00ed por la propia justicia, pero tambi\u00e9n porque tienen otro proceso legal <strong>para evitar la convivencia del (presunto) agresor con la ni\u00f1a,<\/strong> pues el Juzgado Familiar les ha intentado imponer visitas, mismas que lograron impedir gracias a un amparo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas medidas de restricci\u00f3n, no solamente fueron necesarias para que no ocurrieran las visitas que indicaba el juzgado, sino tambi\u00e9n porque J.C.M.C. acud\u00eda a sitios donde se encontraba la ni\u00f1a para mirarla, situaci\u00f3n que atemorizaba a Tefy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"769\" src=\"https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-3-1024x769.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-527\" srcset=\"https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-3-1024x769.png 1024w, https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-3-300x225.png 300w, https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-3-768x577.png 768w, https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-3-80x60.png 80w, https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-3-600x450.png 600w, https:\/\/habitacionpropia.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/11\/image-3.png 1216w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Adem\u00e1s, piden que el juzgado deje de considerar a la abuela paterna para brindarle la patria potestad que le quitar\u00edan al padre, pues esto implicar\u00eda que exista convivencia con el (presunto) agresor.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Encuesta Nacional sobre la Din\u00e1mica de las Relaciones en los Hogares (ENDIREH) 2021 estima que 50.4 por ciento de las mujeres de 15 a\u00f1os o m\u00e1s han sido v\u00edctimas de violencia sexual a lo largo de su vida.
